Currently a seasoned strategy and transformation professional, Ade has a notable track record of delivering £10m+ projects in the financial, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors. His experience includes a significant role at Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook), where he managed large-scale projects with acumen. Before joining Meta, he was a global Finance Transformation Programme Manager at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), leading and implementing business change across 75 markets worldwide, and redesigning the future state operating model and organisation structure for GSK and Haleon, following a de-merger. He has also managed and consulted on high-profile transformation projects at FTSE 100 organisations including Barclays, BUPA healthcare, and HSBC, and consulting organisations such as KPMG and Deloitte.
Fuelled by a passion to help the black community thrive in the corporate world, he founded Cerculate in 2021. As an accredited career coach (Association for Coaching), Ade works with mid- to senior-level executives, primarily black men, to accelerate their career progression. His real-world experience is bolstered by academic expertise, with an MSc in International Banking & Finance from London Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Media & Cultural Studies and Business from Kingston University. Ade holds an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School, where his dissertation focused on the challenges black men face in attaining C-suite roles in FTSE 100 + 250 companies.
